Applying for housing with ESG Housing Society is a straightforward process that helps us understand your needs and determine your eligibility for independent senior housing.
Before completing the application, please carefully review the instructions on the first page of the ESG Housing Society Application. These instructions outline the required information and supporting documents that must be included with your submission.

Medical Form for Seniors Independent Housing
This form must be completed by a healthcare professional who is familiar with the applicant’s medical condition.
The information provided helps ESG Housing Society determine whether the applicant can live safely and independently in a self-contained senior housing environment. All information must be current within the last six months.
